At VionB, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronic purchases. If your device doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your VionB account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included in the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the device, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
